It's not my nature to discuss 'mindset' but I appreciate the approach. I agree with you about the importance of an honest retrospective.
I am glad you see past "mindset" to action and activation with an examination of what works and isn't working. We alternate between growth and fixed mindsets all the time. Yet the failure is the teacher and it has to be sorted.
