After reading I like the emphasis on the necessity of scrum master but not a lot of details on what specific benefit it'd bring to the business too (beside supporting the team alone), which I think it'd be important for the reader to know (assuming the reader is the person who's considering implementing scrum in their organization). It's good you brought up that having someone randomly becoming the scrum master and negatives of it. I'd suggest to talk about leadership of scrum master, what's a servant leader? How does it differentiate from other leadership skills?
I'd also suggest to include the negatives of not having scrum master and the consequences of it with emphasis on why.
